12,000+ Miles in less than Five Months

Since Jan 9, we've taken dozens of trips to climb from Salt Lake City, including several to Moe's Valley (St. George, Utah), two to Bishop, California, one to Moab and Kane Springs Canyon, three to Bozeman, Montana, and a *buttload* to Joe's Valley.

I'm about to leave Salt Lake City for the summer. I'll spend the first month in Ten Sleep, Wyoming trying to remind my forearms how to climb more than ten moves at a time. After that, I'll head to Sweden where I'll hopefully get to boulder, trad climb, and sport climb.

Moe's Valley, Part Deux

Another long weekend meant it was time to head south again to Moe's Valley for three days of climbing and one rest day of hiking around.

SLC -> Moe's Valley

After a few years of "vagabond" living, I've decided to move back to Salt Lake-- to be able to earn money, sleep in a bed, subscribe to NetFlix, take showers without sandals, go to yoga, train in a gym, etc... etc... I'm also living in a house of climbers, all of whom are very motivated to take multiple trips every month to nearby deserts... about a week ago, we all went to Moe's Valley, down by St. George, Utah. Even though it was snowing in Salt Lake when we left, we had highs near 60 F with lots of sun.

Hippie carpool: four humans, two dogs, four crashpads, two tents, etc... etc... strapped to and crammed in one '95 Subaru Legacy.

Bread, Nutella, avacado, egg.

Highballing up at the Dragonfly Boulder.
